Meet the founder

Dave Dingley has spent more than two decades in the trades — starting on the electrical side around boiler controls, then going all-in on plumbing in 2002. He founded the company in 2020 and leaned hard into high-efficiency tankless, and Navien's condensing systems became the specialty this shop is known for.

That focus is the whole point. Instead of a general plumber who occasionally touches a tankless, you get a team that lives in Navien error codes, venting, gas sizing, and factory service procedures every day.

It's a small team of four — Navien-certified and held to one standard: do it right, keep the manufacturer warranty intact, and leave the system better than we found it. Away from the bench, Dave is a fly fisherman, a fine-art oil painter, and a published author of four books.
